At 36-years-old, bad-boy defender Tomas Repka was never likely to suddenly become a reformed character in his twilight years, and last weekend in the Czech Gambrinus Liga match between Sparta Prague and Slovacko he blackened his name once again.

Unprovoked and from behind, five minutes from time Repka was caught hocking a loogie at opponent Ladislav Volesak in a despicable act of unsportsmanlike behaviour.

There simply is no defence for Repka for revolting actions like this.
